This new bill that they are trying to pass is going to allow a couple of different options when a couple is looking to get a divorce in the state of Texas. On Wednesday, Judge Patricia Hurst refused to consider the case of Margaret Chambers and Cassandra Ormiston, saying that the court had no jurisdiction over such family law matters.
